If you are still wanting to attend Lake Fenton for the 2023-2024 school year, please complete an Administrative Release Application below.

ADMINISTRATIVE RELEASE ENROLLMENT

The 2023-2024  Admin Release Application is available via the link or by contacting Terry Zalewski at 810-591-2532.

Applications will not be considered for acceptance until the following documents are submitted to the Superintendent's Office via email or in person:

1. Resident District Letter of Release

2. Behavior Records for the Previous Two (2) Years

3. Attendance Records for the Previous Two (2) Years

4. Grades for the Previous Two (2) Years and/or High School Transcripts (if applicable)

If your student receives special education or 504 services, please provide a copy of the most recent plan and testing if applicable.

ENROLLMENT IN ANOTHER DISTRICT

Resident students enrolling in other school districts may need to be released from Lake Fenton Community Schools. Please contact your district of choice superintendent's office for their district enrollment procedure. 

If you need to be released from Lake Fenton Community Schools, you must complete the Release from Lake Fenton Schools Application and submit to Lake Fenton Superintendent Julie Williams. Follow the link below to submit your application online.  If you do not have access for online submission, please pick up an application in the superintendent's office.
