💙⚓️🤍 Last Friday, LFCS treated all district staff to a Professional Development centered around wellness! It included lunch, dessert and awesome gifts for wellness. A huge thank you to The Fry Guy, Un Poco Loco and Uncle Ray's for the incredible lunch and sundae bar! #LFLeads

💙⚓️🍕 Yesterday started off Teacher Appreciation Week at LFELC. Staff had a delicious pizza lunch sponsored by The Fireplace and a paper airplane contest at the end of the day with a beautiful prize basket from Carlson's Greenhouse! 🌸⚓️💙 #LFLeads

💙⚓️🌎 Ms. Kristy & Ms. Amber's classes celebrated Earth Day last week by combining art with science to make fizzy earth paintings using paint mixed with baking soda and pipettes to add vinegar to make a chemical reaction! They also helped the earth by picking up litter! #LFLeads

Ms. Shelby T's class is deep into the insect study. They used clay and plastic insects to make bug fossils! Using their scientific inquiry skills, they discussed the different types of fossils and tools used to examine them. Next they will wait for them to dry and paint! #LFLeads
