Students from Miss Sara’s class hosted parents to showcase learning and celebrate their study of trees with a student planned celebration! They performed a song, had snacks that come from trees, watched a slideshow, and built centerpieces using parts of trees! 🌳⚓️💙

LFHS Compass Program students have been learning about changes that the brain goes through during adolescence and the importance of lubrication in the brain with an experiment that allowed them to push a sharp, greased wooden skewer through a balloon without popping it!
