⚓Lake Fenton Middle School⚓would like to introduce you to our 7th Grade ELA Teacher!
Check out ⭐🔟Things You May Not Know About Ms. English⭐:
1️⃣ Ms. English is originally from the Grand Rapids area and went to the largest high school in the state: East Kentwood.
2️⃣ She received her teaching degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is triple certified in English, Biology, and Psychology!
3️⃣ This spring, Ms. English will be getting married. This year will be filled with many fun wedding-related festivities with friends and family.
4️⃣ She has a large collection of books at home and loves to read. Her favorite reading spot is in a hammock among the trees.
5️⃣ Ms. English loves being outdoors and spends much of her summer hiking and camping.
6️⃣ Ever since Ms. English was 14, she has enjoyed weightlifting! She has a full lifting setup in her basement and likes to build her strength while reducing stress.
7️⃣ English also spends her time outside on bike rides! Zooming on her road bike or winding through the trees on her mountain bike are some of her favorite ways to spend a sunny afternoon.
8️⃣ Along with her sister, Ms. English has season tickets for University of Michigan hockey! She grew up watching her dad play as well as watching the Grand Rapids Griffins, so hockey is in her blood.
9️⃣ After spending her whole life hating running, Ms. English started going for runs routinely this year. She has completed FIVE 5ks so far in 2022!
🔟 During the summers, Ms. English and her fiancé like to race their 1999 Trans Am in autocross competitions.
